The First Buddha-Bar Hotel in the World emerges in the historical centre of Prague. While the huge statue of a sitting Buddha, the symbol of this famous fashion restaurant chain, attracts the guests’ attention, the Chef creates his menu on a black Molteni stove, the real work of art!
After Paris, Beirut, Dubai, London, Kiev, San Paolo and Jakarta the world’s most famous Parisian restaurant & bar, the Buddha–bar, has opened its doors in Prague. For the first time ever, the legendary restaurant has found its home in the heart of the eponymous boutique hotel, The Buddha-Bar Hotel Prague.
With luxurious rooms and exquisite suites, the first Buddha-Bar Hotel embodies the essence of contemporary modern Asian interior design with the French colonial influence. It is located in the heart of Prague, in a historical building just a few steps away from the Old Town Square.
Dinner is served downstairs in the 150-seat dining room under the gigantic Buddha statue and the beautifully decorated chandeliers.
The Chef has created the ideal menu, a perfect blend of Asian and Pacific-Rim fusion cuisine, mostly inspired by the now legendary Buddha-Bar Paris signature dishes, which he prepares on a central Molteni stove.
This impressive made-to-measure cooking block, of 4600x1800 mm, with black enamelled finish and stainless steel and chromium trims is equipped with: open burners, a solid top, a gas wok, a charcoal grill, an electric bain-marie, an electric smooth grill, an electric ribbed grill, an electric fryer, electric ovens, neutral cupboards, a stainless steel central shelf and water taps.
