Tom Aiken’s new venture, Toms Place, is due to open this autumn in London’s Chelsea. Following on from the huge success of his two other highly acclaimed restaurants in Chelsea, Toms Place will offer the ultimate in Fish & Chips.
Tom has sourced all of the fish, directly from fishermen in Newlyn.
The variety of fish will be based on more seasonal and sustainable stocks of fish, deviating from the traditional battered cod and haddock. The fish used will be Ray, Pollock, Ling, Gurnard & Megrim Sole.
There will also be healthier, simply grilled fish, i.e. sardines, mackerel and sea bass. Also, offering traditional Bouillabaisse, Moules Mariniares and Spaghetti Vongole.
